How do I find out my ring size?

We thought about it a lot and created the Open Size for most rings.

You can make the ring slightly looser or tighter by gently squeezing it. 

All adjustable rings fit our customers and make a perfect gift, if you are not sure about the size.

Otherwise to find your best fit, please click on this Size guide. If you have a half size (for example in between size 16 and 17), it's better place your order for a size 17.

Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

We ship worldwide from Dubai (5+ days).

Please check the tax information of your country of Residence (India and Turkey require a high import tax).

What is 18k gold-plated sterling silver or gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is sterling silver electroplated with a thin coating of 18k gold. Since the base 

is sterling silver, gold vermeil is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

All jewels are certified at the Central Lab Dubai Municipality.

How should I take care of my jewels?

I want to cancel my order.

Please inform us asap by sending the email at hello@zoldijewels.com or WhatsApp +971 56 3146038. 

If the order is not shipped yet, we can cancel it and create a new one! It's easy!

What currency will I have to pay?

All prices are displayed in AED (UAE dirhams), please choose your currency in the dropdown menu by clicking AED in the Upper right corner. 

If you pay in USD or any other currency, the prices will be converted by your cardholder to your local currency.

We accept all currencies.

I didn't receive my confirmation email

Oh! There is a chance that ZÓLDI email might be at the spam folders. Please have a look, and if you still can't find your confirmation email, please email us at hello@zoldijewels.com.

I like the item but it's out of stock

Please don't worry) Click NOTIFY ME button under the item 

and provide your email address to receive notification upon it's arrival.

Though we are very quick at getting your order ready for shipping, we hope to receive your email 

about changes really quickly! We promise to cancel your order if it hadn't been processed and packed yet.

How quick will I get my order?

For UAE customers: 

SAME DAY Shipping - Dubai Marina, Tecom, JVC, Palm Jumeirah (with Careem)

NEXT DAY Shipping - place your order before 13:00 and receive it the next day (with Skynet)

If the order is required urgently, it can be shipped the same day to any area of UAE. The shipping is paid fully to Careem driver by the customer. Please email us hello@zoldijewels.com or WhatsAPP +971 56 3146038.

For customers outside UAE:

We require 5+ days for all worldwide deliveries (The email with the tracking code and link will be sent). The transit time depends on the customs clearance.

Do you have a shop where I can try the jewels on?

Yes, all ZÓLDI jewels are displayed in two stores inside Emirates Headquarters, Dubai. 

We are the official supplier for the Emirates Atrium store and the Crew shop On Arrivals.

As only Emirates Staff has the access to the stores, we will be happy and excited to schedule a Zoom video call to show you the desired jewels.

Please provide the correct mobile number and address to avoid any delays. Please allow 5+ business days to deliver items at your door (customs clearance may create a delay in deliveries). We are not responsible if your package was lost or damaged during the international delivery. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are paid by the Receiver. If you would like to return the package due to taxes, the cost for the return shipping and additional UAE customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet courier companies to ship all jewels. The flat rate for all international packages is $20-30.

The prices can be converted by your cardholder to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee,
depending on the policy of your cardholder.

If you would like to refund the item, please email us at hello@zoldijewels.com within 10 days from the receiving date.

RETURNS: It's EASY!

Hey, ZÓLDI girl ! You found out that what
you received is not
what you wanted? Let us deal with that :)

  • Email us within 10 days from receiving date.
  • Make sure the jewels are unworn or unused.
  • Original packaging and tags must be in place.
  • Unfortunately the items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We will be happy to exchange your jewelry or offer you a store credit for the same value as the item received (applicable for UAE orders).
Email us at hello@zoldijewels.com with your reason for return,
and we will get back to you the same day. For all international orders outside UAE the store credit with the item value will be provided. If you would like to return the package due to taxes, the cost for the return shipping and additional UAE customs fees will be deducted from the refund.

Product care & materials

We believe that any piece of our lovely jewelry collection should be worn every day,
not locked in a safe as your jewels are part of your life, some scratches can happen.
A little care will help it looking it's best!

Dust, pollution and daily wear can affect jewels' look. Silver tarnishes quite quickly,
when it comes in contact with salty air or sulfur-containing products (even your favorite rubber bands can cause tarnishing).

Perfume, hair spray, body lotions and cremes can remove the brilliance of the jewels. We found a way out -
just put on your little treasures last minute before leaving the house

Better remove your jewels before going to bed

Happy life is beach time & sunshine! Keep your shine accessories away from chlorine, salt water, sunlight and heat!
And never keep them in the bathroom! Steam will make any jewels tarnish faster!

When storing your jewels, keep it in our blush pink ZÓLDI boxes, though keep in mind they are not 100 % airtight.
Or place jewels individually in a pouch or in a ziplock bag. Try to keep pieces apart, so that they don't rub together
or tangle up. If possible put in the demoisturizing crystals (silica gel packets in new shoes) - these will help to prevent tarnishing.

If you would like to clean your precious jewels at home, mix mild dish detergent in lukewarm water, soak your jewels for 4-5 min,
and clean it gently with soft bristles or baby toothbrush. Silverwear and knives should not be left to soak in water. Dry immediately
and finish with a polishing cloth (they are widely available and are easy to find).

Size guide

Most of the rings are adjustable and come in one size.
They are perfect as a gift and fit everyone by making the ring slightly loose or tight.
For other rings please measure your finger with a string

1. Get a non-stretchy string (the dental floss works) and find the metric ruler (or google the metric ruler real size).

2. Wrap for a few times around the base of the finger you want to wear the ring on
( Please remember not to wrap the string too tightly around your finger,
or you will have problems with getting the ring over the knuckle. Your fingers might be swollen a bit,
and you should leave a little room for the ring).

3. Mark the point on it where it completes the circle (It should feel not too tight, not too loose).

4. Cut the string and measure its length (Measure it from the beginning to the mark with a ruler or tape measure.
This is the circumference of your finger ).

5. Find out your ring size on our conversion chart.
